How do I return an item?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any exchanges of earring products.

If you are not 100% happy with your product, or it arrives in less than perfect condition, please send us an email to discuss a replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of order being received of any issues.

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you would like specific product measurements or more photos, please email me - I am very happy to answer any questions about our products!

Clothing must have original swing tags attached, not have been worn or washed and must be returned with receipt and original packaging within 14 days of receiving goods.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

No refund will be given once custom clothing or jewellery has started production.
